Pricing

Remote support pricing can vary based on the complexity of your solution and desired service. We offer flat rate pricing for structured services (e.g. software trainings) and variable rate pricing for ad-hoc support services. Variable rate tech support is $1.00/min for standard tier 2 support services.

Is a custom SMS support number included in the software support packages?

We would be happy to set you up with your own personal SMS support line for you to communicate with your customers. There is a one-time setup fee and a nominal cost per message (fraction of pennies) involved.

Where do you have technician coverage?

We have over 600 technicians that provide coverage across the entire continental US. We manage our technician network based on demand, so we ramp up labor based on volume to meet your needs.

Will your team learn my technology hardware/software?

Yes, we would be happy to learn your system and build out training materials for our team and technicians, but we take this process very seriously. We put in significant time and effort into learning new systems and training our network so expect a volume commitment in return. There is also a chance we already know your system so ask us and we’ll let you know!
