What support services does Boomtown provide?

Good questions! We do a lot. Here’s a list to get you started, but if you don’t see what you need, give us a call and we’ll let you know. Set up a new WiFi connection or guest network, secure wifi connection, extend a WiFi signal, install and configure a router or access point, run speed tests and network diagnostics, networking an connectivity, point of sale hardware and software troubleshooting, point of sale how to questions, Ethernet cabling, surveillance system wiring, A/V system wring, beacon installation and configuration, Computer repair & help, virus removal & cleanup, printer setup, computer tune up, laptop and desktop support for both MAC and PC, data backup and transfer, software installation, device configuration, OS install or re-install.

What is the difference between Priority and Scheduled Support?

Priority support is for emergency issues that require same-day support as well as when on-site support is needed on nights (after 5pm), weekends or holidays. We aim to arrive at a merchant’s location same-day or, if that is not possible, before they open the following morning. Scheduled support is for all other issues and is a great way for merchants to save money. If merchants have an issue that can wait 24 hours+ they can save money by scheduling the support a few days out.

Are Boomtown technicians qualified to fix my technology issues?

We take pride in our service and only hire the best technicians we can find. Each technician has years of experience in the field and are trained on the systems that your business runs on.
