  • How quickly can I get started?

    We make it easy to get started. Depending on your needs, it can be as simple as putting chat on your website in a few minutes or it can be a structured enterprise onboarding process that could take 30 days or more. Either way, you get a dedicated Customer Success Manager to guide you through the onboarding process and conduct trainings to make it a seamless and enjoyable transition.

  • Do you offer any professional services?

    In addition to the included onboarding and training, our Customer Success team can help you with a variety of professional services including bot building, integration support, language translation, customized reporting, and much more.

  • What systems do you integrate to?

    We have pre-built integrations for Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Teamviewer, and Google Calendar. We also have robust APIs and a Zapier integration to connect to any additional system you need.

  • How much do the remote and field services cost?

    Expert Network pricing varies based on the type of service. Remote services are priced on a low monthly per-customer basis with discounts for volume and vary based on the technologies being supported. Field services are priced on an hourly basis and vary based on if you manage your own jobs or have our team manage the jobs for you.
