Our business is about matching the right technician to a business immediately wherever that business is located. Given the nature of this model we employ a virtual, independently contracted workforce. The trendy name for this is called crowd-sourcing. In applying this model it is important to us that we provide a great experience that delivers real value. To accomplish that we require that the Boomtown Brigade (our workforce of independent technicians) share our values. Values are, of course, described with words.
